30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Because the Dusluna blackout curtain is designed to be cut to fit, items that have been cut, trimmed, altered, or visibly used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to request a return
Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos may be requested so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
