30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Because the Dusluna Portable Blackout Curtain is designed to be cut to fit, items that have been cut, trimmed, altered, or visibly used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and the applicable return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund. Where a return is required because of our error or a defective product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may request photos or other information so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped.
